Delivering Happiness at Work

Delivering Happiness at Work was founded by Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos, a billion dollar company which is also listed as number 6 in Fortune’s Top 100 Companies to Work For in 2011. We are founded on the belief that happiness can be used as a model both in business and in life. We work with companies to empower them to drive and sustain positive change to produce a company culture that fuels success.

We have integrated the Happiness at Work survey into our company culture check-up, which is a key step in our process supporting organisations to make their workplace a ‘can’t-wait-to-wake-up-and-go-back-to’ place.

Future Mill

We are excited to be working with a number of experienced practitioners and organisations who make use of the Happiness at Work survey to co-produce tailored solutions with their clients.

As a minimum requirement for becoming a licensed partner, we ask that individuals attend a one-day Well-being at Work masterclass with nef consulting to learn about the survey, the research behind it and how to get the most value from using it.

The ChangeAble Partnership is a change and organisational, leadership and talent development consultancy, working in both the private and public sectors and internationally. Partner, Vanessa King, works with organisations to apply the science of happiness and psychological well-being in practical ways to help people get more from work and life and help organisations enhance their cultures and increase engagement, innovation and performance.
