Nic Marks
(Founder of the Centre for Well-being at nef, and international policy expert)Nic is the founder of the award winning Centre for Well-being, and is a recognised national expert in the field of well-being research. He advises governments and international organisations around the world on well-being measures and implementation. His applied work covers policy fields as diverse as business, sustainable development, environment, health, education, the arts and employment. He is a leadership facilitator, chair of various international conferences and a fascinating public speaker (Nic has recently accepted to speak for the prestigious TED lectures) .

Andy Warby
(Strategic Advisor, nef consulting & well-being@work)Andy is a business development and partnership manager with experience in private investment, finance and international marketing. His background is in development economics, property development and sustainable land investment. Andy also leads on nef consulting’s organisational development and well-being@work services and supports the strategic direction of nef consulting’s work. When Andy’s not cycling or running about town, he also plays drums and saxophone (but thankfully not both at the same time).

Lynda Cant
(Strategic Associate, well-being@work / In-A Coaching & Lead At Work)Lynda provides organisations with over 20 years of experience in people management in highly competitive, commercial and changing environments. Formally a Company Director for a FTSE 100 Company with annual revenues of over £1.5 billion. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and is a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). CPD in Psychosynthesis training. Lynda also specializes in coaching women as leaders.

Emma Trenier
(Strategic Associate, well-being@work / CAPP)Emma Trenier is a Consulting Psychologist at CAPP (Centre of Applied Positive Psychology)and a specialist in strengths development, career development and team development. Emma is passionate about helping people to understand their strengths and maximise their use. In particular, she enjoys doing this with individuals and teams who are experiencing transition. Emma has a broad consultancy experience base within both the public and private sector, combining her energy with an ability to mobilize others into action.

Michael Weatherhead
(Director, nef consulting & well-being@work)Michael is the inexhaustible director of nef consulting. He has managed a range of socio-economic measurement evaluations and investment impact assessments across a range of sectors of the economy, both domestically and internationally. These include social housing, regeneration, local enterprise, business well-being and agriculture. Time permitting, Michael also dabbles in a bit of kite surfing (as long as the water’s not too cold).
